Slow-Cooker Peach Cobbler
Prep: 15 min | Cook: 2 hr 15 min | Serves: 6

What you'll need:

- 2 cans Yellow Cling Sliced Peaches, drained
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Quick Oats
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 4 oz. Butter, cubed
- 1/3 cup Walnuts, chopped
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- Vanilla Light Ice Cream (optional)

How to Make It:
1️⃣ Layer peaches in a 2-qt slow cooker. Mix sugar, oats, flour, butter, walnuts, and cinnamon; sprinkle over peaches.
2️⃣ Cook on high 2 hours, uncover, then cook 15 more minutes. Serve warm, optionally with ice cream.

Muffin-Tin Mini Meatloaves
Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes | Serves: 6

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Ground Beef, Chicken, or Turkey
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stuffing Mix
- 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup Ketchup, divided
- 1/3 cup Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard

Method:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350℉. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, stuffing mix, eggs, 1/2 cup ketchup, 1 tablespoon mustard, and 1/2 cup water. Mix until fully combined.
2️⃣ Divide meat mixture among 12 muffin cups, pressing down to fill each cup.
3️⃣ In a small bowl, mix remaining ketchup, mustard, and barbecue sauce. Top each mini meatloaf with the sauce.
4️⃣ Bake 25–30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160℉.
5️⃣ Serve with mashed potatoes or a side salad if desired.

Ingredients:
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 5 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 tsp. Imitation Vanilla Extract
- 5 1/2 cups Crisp Rice Toasted Cereal
- 1/3 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1/3 cup Candy-Coated Chocolate Pieces

Instructions:
1️⃣ Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2️⃣ Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and peanut butter; stir until melted. Mix in vanilla extract.
3️⃣ Remove from heat. Add cereal and stir to combine. Let cool for 5 minutes.
4️⃣ Gently stir in chocolate chips and candy-coated pieces.
5️⃣ Lightly coat your fingers with non-stick cooking spray and press mixture into the pan.
6️⃣ Cool completely before slicing into bars.

1 cup Halved Cherry Tomatoes
1 cup Diced Green Pepper
1 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
3/4 cup Italian Dressing
1 can (2.25 oz.) Sliced Black Olives, drained
1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
Grated Italian-Style Topping, to taste
