Ingredients
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 cup Salted Butter, softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 cups chopped apples (peeled if desired)
Directions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2️⃣ In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
3️⃣ In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
4️⃣ Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in apples.
5️⃣ Spread batter evenly into prepared dish and bake 40–45 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

- 2 lbs. Ground Beef, Chicken, or Turkey
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stuffing Mix
- 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup Ketchup, divided
- 1/3 cup Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
Method:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350℉. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, stuffing mix, eggs, 1/2 cup ketchup, 1 tablespoon mustard, and 1/2 cup water. Mix until fully combined.
2️⃣ Divide meat mixture among 12 muffin cups, pressing down to fill each cup.
3️⃣ In a small bowl, mix remaining ketchup, mustard, and barbecue sauce. Top each mini meatloaf with the sauce.
4️⃣ Bake 25–30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160℉.
5️⃣ Serve with mashed potatoes or a side salad if desired.

Instructions:
1️⃣ Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2️⃣ Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and peanut butter; stir until melted. Mix in vanilla extract.
