In a large nonstick skillet, cook 1 pound lean ground beef with 1/2 cup sliced onion, 1 sliced green pepper, 1 can That’s Smart! mushroom stems & pieces (drained), 1 packet onion soup & dip mix and 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning. Cook, breaking meat into pieces with spoon, until vegetables are softened and beef is no longer pink. Drain fat if necessary.
In measuring cup, stir together 1 cup beef broth, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and 1 tablespoon cornstarch until smooth. Pour over cooked beef; simmer about 5 minutes. Sprinkle 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese on top of beef and cover skillet with lid; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes to melt cheese. If desired, toast 4 hamburger buns. Scoop sloppy joes mixture onto buns.
